Ending Edith's On-line Diary

I’ve recently received a notification from Blogspot.com that they have received a complaint about my blog and it has been “flagged” as being Spam and potentially beyond the level of appropriate content.

As it has never been my intention to upset or offend anyone I have decided to end this diary on Blogspot.com.

I have tried over the past year to refrain from posting any content that I thought was unacceptably offensive, and I have always ignored, or politely rejected, the hundreds of requests I’ve had to add “links” from my blog to other sites. Most of these other sites contain imagery and language of a much more pornographic or sexually graphic nature than anything on my own diary.
I have also always politely declined to add any of the hundreds of "explicit" pictures I’ve been sent by readers of my blog.

However, I regularly receive numerous messages from readers of my blog who tell me the diary has in some way helped them in their own relationship . . . or asking my advice on feelings they may have but are unable to tell their partners about.

I don’t feel guilty about this diary, but as I said, I have never intended to offend anyone . . . So for that reason I will stop publishing this diary on blogspot.com.
